The Story of Wren Lee

Back in 2019, it all began with a QVC sale and a decision that my classroom needed a vinyl cutting machine. I thought I'd simply use it to make fancy bulletin boards & label all things school. However, it very quickly evolved into creating apparel for myself & my fellow hockey moms. My new found creative outlet became addicting. The more I designed & created, the more I just couldn't stop. And thus, Wren Lee was born.

The name Wren Lee holds special meaning. Growing up, my family called me Jenny. A Jenny Wren is a hardworking song bird, that rarely stops to take time for itself. Although I'm learning to prioritize me, the wren still bares a striking resemblance to my character. Lee is for my dad--his middle name. He & I were kindred spirits. He taught me the importance of hard work & loving others. Although I lost him in 2016, his guidance & example have continued to inspire me to seize the day & build my dreams.

Over the last 3 years, I've struggled to decide the direction of Wren Lee. I've been "all over the place"--creating apparel for everything you can imagine, from softball teams to designs commemorating the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Voyage. Recently though, I feel I've found my niche. Out of my own search to create a more simple, positive & meaningful life, I've become drawn to the power of words--words people live by. Words can encourage, inspire and cheer on all that we love in life. Here I hope you'll find what you're looking for, whether that be supporting an idea, a cause or even your favorite team.
